All volunteers should report at the start/finish line to be given an assignment or directed to your requested position.

| Same Day Registration | 5:00am | Register participants for the event |
| Aid Stations | 6:00am | Prepare and distribute food to cyclists |
| Route Turns | 6:00am | Help cyclists make turns and watch for vehicles |
| Event Support Vehicle | 6:00am | Roam courses rendering aid vehicle |
| Finish Line | 5:00pm | Help timing staff, keep spectators out of bike area |
| Product Raffle | 6:00pm | Distribute products to winners |
| Clean up | 7:00pm | Clean up event area |
For those volunteers that sign up that have a rider in the event, we are offering a discount to them of an additional $10.00 of the total cost of the race.
